Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 1+ years experience customer support
• Clear communication skills and motivated
• Server as the day-to-day point of contact with customers
• Technical aptitude and understanding of blockchain technology
• Ability to troubleshoot software / hardware issues across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, iPhone, Android)
• Experience with Trezor and Ledger hardware wallets
• Organize workload through a ticket management system
• Microsoft Office suite and cloud platform experience (Google Drive, Dropbox)
• Use of open source software
• Nice to have: Multi-lingual
